While running a fast-paced tech startup, I struggled with my health until I deepened my knowledge in nutrition and holistic healing and that’s when Wellness Unlimited Co was born, to help others find the same clarity and balance.
The journey to a diagnosis was long and frustrating—I consulted experts from gastroenterologists to Ayurvedic practitioners, nutrition coach, DNA expert, psychiatrist, hypnotherapist, dermatologists and more seeking answers.

Nervous system regulation—exploring somatic movement, breathwork techniques and chanting for optimal relaxation and resilience. We’ll also dive into self-discovery exercises to explore your purpose, align with your authentic self, and build a deeper sense of connection and direction.

Nutrition deep dive—understanding the dos and don'ts of an anti-inflammatory diet, how to support gut health both through food and lifestyle, and how to fine-tune your approach for long-term balance.
Week 4:
Sleep optimisation—why sleep is essential for reducing inflammation. Learn the key dos and don’ts and create supportive AM/PM routines to improve rest, recovery, and overall well-being.
Week 5:
Movement for longevity—understanding the role of functional movement, strength training, and recovery in an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. We’ll also take time to reflect on progress, answer questions, and integrate everything learned so far.

Clean living & natural detox—practical steps to reduce toxin exposure, support your body’s natural detox pathways, and transition to a low-tox lifestyle. Closing circle & final reflections to celebrate your journey.

This course is designed to provide tools and frameworks for you to explore based on your own unique situation. Throughout the program, we’ll have opportunities for group discussions, Q&A sessions, and reflection circles to support your journey.
For deeper personalised guidance, you can opt for a 1:1 session at checkout. This can be used before, during, or up to three months after the course to review your current habits, supplements, or any specific needs.
No worries! You’ll have access to recordings of each session so you can catch up at your own pace.
The live sessions are 90 minutes to 2h per week, plus optional exercises and tools you can integrate into your daily routine. Everything is designed to be practical and manageable, even with a busy schedule.
