Here’s what you’ll learn in the 6-week course:

Week 1: Introduction

Welcome note, guided visualisation and introduction to inflammation: why it matters and how to manage it. Foundations of anti-inflammatory living, setting personal intentions, and creating your wellness blueprint. You’ll also begin tracking your habits using the Food-Poop-Mood Diary for deeper self-awareness.

Week 2: Relax

Nervous system regulation: exploring the science behind stress and its impact on inflammation, as well as practices to help build resilience and restore balance through breathwork, sound healing &more.

Week 3: Eat

Nutrition deep dive: understanding the dos and don’ts of an anti-inflammatory diet, how to support gut health both through food and lifestyle, and how to fine-tune your approach for long-term balance.

Week 4: Sleep

Sleep optimisation: why sleep is essential for reducing inflammation. Learn the key dos and don’ts and create supportive AM/PM routines to improve rest, recovery, and overall well-being.

Week 5: Exercise

Movement for longevity: understanding the role of functional movement, strength training, and recovery in an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. 

Week 6: Tackle Toxins

Clean living & natural detox: practical steps to reduce toxin exposure, support your body’s natural detox pathways, and transition to a low-tox lifestyle. 

MY STORY

In 2017, I was suffering.

Physically, mentally and (as I now understand) spiritually.

Undiagnosed Coeliac disease, rosacea, IBS, SIBO, hair loss, leaky gut, chronic anxiety, depression. I didn’t know what it felt like to go to bed without anxiety or to wake up without that knot in my stomach. Now that I’ve experienced that freedom, I can tell you: once you feel it, you never want to go back.

My journey to a diagnosis was long and frustrating. I consulted experts from gastroenterologists to Ayurvedic practitioners, nutrition coaches, DNA experts, psychiatrists, hypnotherapists, dermatologists and more seeking answers.

And all of this was happening while I was running a fast-paced tech startup.

Things only began to shift when I embraced Ayurveda, Yoga, and a deeply anti-inflammatory way of living.

It’s when I embraced Ayurveda, Yoga and deep dived into the anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle that things started to shift for me.
