Where anti-inflammatory nutrition meets Ayurveda

A DIFFERENT WAY OF UNDERSTANDING HEALTH

Nutrition is still not taught in most medical schools.

For most of medical history, food has been an afterthought. What we eat, think, feel and experience has been separated from how we heal.

Both Ayurveda, one of the world’s oldest systems of medicine originating in India, and integrative nutrition take a fundamentally different view. They recognise that nourishment extends far beyond what we eat. In Ayurveda, this is captured through the Sanskrit term Ahara. In Integrative Nutrition, through the concept of Primary Food.

Ahara encompasses everything we take in: the air we breathe, the water we drink, the information we consume, the relationships we cultivate, the environments we inhabit and the emotions we experience. Primary Food refers to these same non-dietary factors that nourish or deplete us just as powerfully as anything we eat. What we actually eat is Secondary Food, important, but only one part of the picture.

When we begin addressing health at all of these levels, physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual, it becomes about far more than managing symptoms. It becomes a way of living that feels balanced, connected and entirely your own.

What we explore together:

Food & nutrition

Lifestyle & daily rhythms

Thoughts & beliefs

Emotional wellbeing

Relationships

Environment

Nervous System

Spiritual connection

You’re in the right place if you feel:

Hi, I’m Lucie.

I’m an Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach, Sound Healing Therapist, and I’m currently completing advanced training in Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle and Holistic Counselling.

My work sits at the intersection of anti-inflammatory nutrition, Ayurveda and whole-person wellbeing, combining modern nutritional science with ancient wisdom to help people better understand their bodies and create lasting, sustainable change.

Alongside my professional training, my approach is deeply shaped by lived experience. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, disconnected from your body, or unsure which path to follow. Our sessions are about cutting through that noise and returning to clarity.

Over the past few years, I’ve supported 200+ clients 1:1, including my work as resident Health & Nutrition Coach at a leading five-star hotel and as a practitioner for Healf, where I help clients interpret blood test results, understand their supplement protocols and translate complex health information into realistic nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

I don’t believe our bodies are working against us. I believe they are constantly communicating with us. My role is to help you understand those messages and respond with nourishment rather than restriction, curiosity rather than fear, and sustainable changes rather than quick fixes.

My approach is collaborative and relational, not prescriptive or perfectionistic. I listen carefully. I ask thoughtful questions. I help you understand the why behind what you are experiencing so that change feels natural and self-supportive rather than forced.

When it comes to Ayurveda, I offer a flexible approach. For those ready to go deep, a full classical consultation and personalised plan rooted in traditional principles. For those who want to integrate Ayurvedic wisdom alongside a more contemporary framework, a blended approach that meets you where you are.

You will always leave our sessions with clarity about what is happening in your body, a practical next step and a sense of direction that feels motivating rather than overwhelming.

Who it is for?

In Ayurveda, there are no diseases. Only imbalances that, over time, find a way to make themselves heard.

What conventional medicine labels as a condition, Ayurveda sees as the end point of a pattern, one that began long before any diagnosis was made. This is why two people with the same inflammatory condition may need entirely different support.

Below are some of the patterns and conditions we commonly work with. But if something feels off and you cannot find it on this list, that is reason enough to reach out.

If any of these resonate with you, an anti-inflammatory lifestyle might be your next best step:

In Ayurveda, the aim is not to treat the condition. It is to restore the balance that was lost long before the condition had a name.

8 Foundation Pillars

The WU Anti-inflammatory RESET Method® is a holistic approach to improving overall health and wellness by focusing on reducing chronic inflammation in the body.

Chronic inflammation is a natural immune response to injury or infection, but when it becomes persistent, it can contribute to the development of chronic diseases and autoimmune disorders.

By optimising how you regulate your nervous system, nourish your gut, improve sleep quality, move your body, minimise exposure to environmental toxins, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, you can effectively reduce inflammation, control it, and enhance your mental and physical health.

R

Relax

Discover the profound impact of relaxation techniques on managing chronic stress, anxiety, and inflammation. Embrace a variety of techniques, including meditation, deep breathing exercises, Ayurvedic massages, aromatherapy, and sound vibration therapy. These practices activate the parasympathetic nervous system which encourages rest, relaxation, and recovery. Beyond reducing stress, they're key in regulating cortisol and balancing hormones, thus helping to reduce inflammation. Find the techniques that resonate with you, from heat exposure to hypnotherapy, and integrate them into your routine for substantial mind and body wellness benefits.
E

Eat

Nutrition plays a pivotal role in our overall health, particularly when it comes to inflammation and gut immunity. What we eat can either fuel inflammation or combat it, making it crucial to prioritise good nutrition. Opting for a diet rich in plants and whole foods can significantly reduce inflammation and enhance our overall well-being. By making mindful choices about the foods we consume, we not only reduce inflammation but also strengthen our immune system and support both our physical and mental health.
S

Sleep

Getting enough quality sleep is critical for good health and overall well-being. During sleep, our bodies repair and regenerate, and our brains consolidate memories and learning. Good sleep also supports a healthy immune system and can improve mood, cognitive function, and physical performance. On the other hand, chronic sleep deprivation has been linked to a range of negative health outcomes, including increased inflammation. By prioritising good sleep habits you can support your body's natural repair processes and reduce inflammation, leading to improved overall health and well-being.
E

Exercise

Physical activity is crucial for overall health and well-being. Exercise has been shown to support healthy weight management, improve cardiovascular health, enhance muscle strength and endurance, and improve bone density. Exercise can also improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality and reduce inflammation. Incorporating regular movement and exercise into your daily routine can help you feel better both physically and mentally. But did you know that some exercises, or even excessive exercise, can lead to inflammation? This is mainly due to increased oxidative stress and muscle damage; some high-intensity exercises can also trigger an excessive release of cortisol, which, when chronically elevated, can contribute to inflammation so choose a form of movement that works for your specific body type and needs.
T

Tune in, test, tackle toxins and track

Embrace self-awareness through mindfulness practices like journaling and gratitude exercises, diving deep into your emotions and desires.
Track: Personalise your health journey with lab tests to uncover nutrient deficiencies or hormonal imbalances. Regularly monitoring health indicators like sleep and mood helps you spot patterns and refine your wellness plan.
Test: Keep a close eye on daily health markers, from bowel movements to energy levels, to understand your body better and guide your health choices.
Tackle Toxins: Reduce inflammation and your body's toxic load by limiting exposure to environmental toxins in household products, air, and food, aiding in inflammation prevention and holistic health.

A RETURN TO YOURSELF

Health is not a destination you arrive at. It is something you return to, again and again, with greater understanding each time.

If you are ready to begin that return, I would love to support you.
