Hi, I’m Lucie.
I’m an Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach, Sound Healing Therapist, and I’m currently completing advanced training in Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle and Holistic Counselling.
My work sits at the intersection of anti-inflammatory nutrition, Ayurveda and whole-person wellbeing, combining modern nutritional science with ancient wisdom to help people better understand their bodies and create lasting, sustainable change.
Alongside my professional training, my approach is deeply shaped by lived experience. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, disconnected from your body, or unsure which path to follow. Our sessions are about cutting through that noise and returning to clarity.
Over the past few years, I’ve supported 200+ clients 1:1, including my work as resident Health & Nutrition Coach at a leading five-star hotel and as a practitioner for Healf, where I help clients interpret blood test results, understand their supplement protocols and translate complex health information into realistic nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
I don’t believe our bodies are working against us. I believe they are constantly communicating with us. My role is to help you understand those messages and respond with nourishment rather than restriction, curiosity rather than fear, and sustainable changes rather than quick fixes.
My approach is collaborative and relational, not prescriptive or perfectionistic. I listen carefully. I ask thoughtful questions. I help you understand the why behind what you are experiencing so that change feels natural and self-supportive rather than forced.
When it comes to Ayurveda, I offer a flexible approach. For those ready to go deep, a full classical consultation and personalised plan rooted in traditional principles. For those who want to integrate Ayurvedic wisdom alongside a more contemporary framework, a blended approach that meets you where you are.
You will always leave our sessions with clarity about what is happening in your body, a practical next step and a sense of direction that feels motivating rather than overwhelming.
