On the other hand, chronic sleep deprivation has been linked to a range of negative health outcomes, including increased inflammation. By prioritising good sleep habits you can support your body's natural repair processes and reduce inflammation, leading to improved overall health and well-being.


Physical activity is crucial for overall health and well-being. Exercise has been shown to support healthy weight management, improve cardiovascular health, enhance muscle strength and endurance, and improve bone density. Exercise can also improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality and reduce inflammation. Incorporating regular movement and exercise into your daily routine can help you feel better both physically and mentally. But did you know that some exercises, or even excessive exercise, can lead to inflammation? This is mainly due to increased oxidative stress and muscle damage; some high-intensity exercises can also trigger an excessive release of cortisol, which, when chronically elevated, can contribute to inflammation so choose a form of movement that works for your specific body type and needs.

  • To get started, simply fill out this form and schedule your initial call with Lucie. This call is an opportunity for you and Lucie to get acquainted and determine if you’re a good fit to work together.
  • Once we’ve established a fit, you’ll receive a personalised Health Coaching Plan and can choose the program that suits you best.
  • If you opt for the 6-week or 3-month program, we’ll begin with a comprehensive 90-minute health history session. From there, we’ll have a series of 1-on-1 virtual sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals.
  • Throughout the program, you’ll have direct access to Lucie via chat and email, and you’ll also receive helpful worksheets to keep you on track. For those in the 6-week or 3-month program, you’ll have the added benefit of a personal Trello board. This board will save all your session recaps and tools, and you can even create to-do lists and more.
  • Sessions will be booked every other week, allowing you ample time to implement the actions you’ve set for yourself.
