Hi, I’m Lucie. I work at the intersection of nutrition, nervous system regulation, and emotional wellbeing.
I combine training in integrative nutrition, coaching, breathwork, energy healing, and Vedic / Ayurvedic principles, and just as importantly, my approach is shaped by lived experience. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by information, to feel disconnected from your body, or unsure what it’s asking for. Our work together is about cutting through the noise and returning to clarity.

Over the past years, I’ve supported 100+ clients 1:1, including my work as a resident Health & Nutrition Coach at Vila Vita Spa and as a practitioner for Healf Zone, where I help people make sense of their blood test results in the context of their nutrition, lifestyle, stress patterns and personal history. So much of this work is about translating the signals your body has been sending and turning them into small, doable steps.
